With Adam’s education and training experience, he strives to provide safe and superior training services and deliver the strategy of applied functional science to all clients. Adam structures the most innovative strategies through continual education, evidence based science and practices, and life-long research. Adam’s programs revolutionize training success by aiming to eliminate pain through functional rehabilitative strategies, providing optimal movement patterns and behaviors for life, maximizing optimal and safe weight loss, increasing overall fitness levels, and excelling youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes to reach their maximal performance potential. The level of excellence Adam provides is achieved by the continuous operation of ethical and business standards within the professional field while maintaining reliability, consistency, and trust from the community.
Adam has been in the fitness, performance, and rehabilitative industry for 13 years where he has recorded thousands of training hours in both the corporate gym settings and running his successful performance and rehabilitation company, Motion Performance Fitness. Adam has worked with many athletes from numerous high schools, Division I, II, and III collegiate athletes, and numerous professional athletes within MLB, NHL, PGA, LPGA, and TNA Impact Wrestling. As a former collegiate baseball player and collegiate coach, associate scout for the Cincinnati Reds, and a former USA Athletes in Action baseball team member, Adam brings TrYumph Functional Fitness extensive knowledge in successful baseball and sports periodization programs.
Currently, Adam is pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and is working on two books regarding bridging the gap between movement science and traditional sports periodization integration as well as research in fatigue mechanisms and how muscle recruitment patterns are altered within this state of fatigue. Adam’s ultimate goals are to become a research leader within the industry, consulting for businesses and organizations, teaching, and creating nationally accredited continuing education credits for physical therapists, personal trainers, athletic trainers, performance trainers, and movement specialists. Adam currently resides in Riverview, Florida with his wife, Cassandra.
